Below are the results of a case with Citi Group.

The borrower was looking for help at a time when her bank was just days away from selling her home. Within 48 hours, her sale date was stopped and she entered into negotiations for a better solution. These are the final results of the case:

New interest rate of 6% from 9.75%

New monthly payment of $1182.36 from $1941.17

Delinquent payments placed on the back of the loan requiring $0 down payment

TOTAL MONTHLY SAVINGS: $758.81

Needless to say, this borrower was speechless upon hearing the news.
